As a Texas-based hospitality group, we strive to please our guests with a commitment to quality service. Founded by Paul Miller, our concepts include Jax Grill, The Union Kitchen, The Rollin' Kitchen, and Passerella (coming spring 2022). Each concept offers a unique experience for every guest.
